BITS Tracer is operated by BITS Newfoundland, based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

What We Collect

When you purchase a license, we collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of delivering your product. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your credit card information.

What We Do Not Collect

BITS Tracer runs entirely in your browser. Wallet addresses you enter, trace results, graph data, and any other investigative content you generate are never transmitted to our servers. We cannot see your scans. We do not log them.

How We Use Your Information

Your name and email are used only to:

• Deliver your licensed copy of BITS Tracer
• Send your case confirmation

We do not sell, share, or use your information for marketing without your consent.

Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

As a Canadian business, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent and request deletion
