1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using BITS Tracer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use BITS Tracer. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or share your licensed copy.

3. Lawful Use Only

BITS Tracer is designed for legitimate investigative purposes including fraud recovery, due diligence, and forensic research. You agree to use the tool only in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use BITS Tracer to harass, stalk, or target individuals for unlawful purposes.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

BITS Tracer provides on-chain data analysis only. Nothing produced by this tool constitutes legal, financial, or investigative advice. Results should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used in legal proceedings.

5. Accuracy

Blockchain data is publicly available and reported as-is. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of third-party blockchain data sources.

6. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us and we will resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

BITS Tracer, including its source code, forensic database, and all associated materials, remains the intellectual property of BITS Newfoundland. All rights reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

BITS Newfoundland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
